Note that French have three different adjectives and beware of false friends: sensible, susceptible, sensé.
sensible = sensitive (in a “good” way)
susceptible = sensitive (in the “wrong” way), who gets upset easily

Weather / Meteo
To speak about the weather, you will very often use the construction “il fait”.
“Faire” is understood here as “it makes feel” such or such way.
Il fait beau = the weather is beautiful
Il fait chaud = it’s hot
Il fait bon = it’s warm
Il fait mauvais = the weather is bad
Il fait froid = it’s cold
Pleuvoir, neiger
Note that, like in English, “pleuvoir” and “neiger” are ones of these verbs that only have a third singular form (you wouldn’t say “I rain”…).

You will also use the form “il y a”, that says “there is, there are”.
